The Eating Establishment - Park City

This place is great! Amazing atmosphere and food. A little expensive for what you get, but so it is on Park City main road. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and hot chocolate. There were some of the best eggs Benedict I ever had! The Hollandaise sauce made the whole dish come together in such a beautiful way.

Breakfast place with the classics. We came to a table at 9:30, but the wait was up to an hour when we were gone. My bacon, scrambled eggs and land potatoes were good, and the coffee hit the place.

We ended up with a fairly large crew with many children and everyone enjoyed their meal at the Eating establishment! While it was busy in the restaurant, our food came very fast and was really good! One of the children in our crew even said it was the best French toast he ever had. We will visit Park City next time!

Only home delicious comfort food made with fresh ingredients. Everything on the menu is worth trying. I recommend the food facility. Another plus is breakfast all day.

A solid recommendation for breakfast/brunch. We visited Park City in late August, and The Eating Establishment was a strong recommendation from a friend who visits often. We knew we had to grab breakfast here to see what the hype is about. Park City's Main Street area is lined with restaurants with strong roots, I love to support local when traveling. We ate at the Eating Establishment on a Friday morning. We didn't wait long for a table even around 9am. I could tell that the restaurant is a family/locally owned, there was just a vibe pleasant and welcome. Our waiter was Alfredo, and he was excellent. Our order what taken and delivered timely and warm. I ordered the Avocado Toast and my husband ordered the Biscuits Gravy. We shared a Pancake as well! The salad that came with the avocado toast was delicious and refreshing. The pancake was soft, maybe a bit doughy, but still good. I'm a firm believer that it is difficult to mess up breakfast. Alfredo realized he forgot one of our beverages and he comped it on our bill and gave it to us to go. There is outdoor and indoor seating available. At least during the summer months I can confirm. Main Street has all sorts of dining decks for many of the restaurants along the street on both sides. Overall, I would say that The Eating Establishment did not disappoint, and I would recommend it for breakfast or brunch perhaps a nice Sunday Funday spot!
