Minim's - Paris 8e Arrondissement

Friday evening (and yes it is also open in the evening), an excellent fish sauerkraut. We add a very good service, and the Chef who has not hesitated to come to explain his recipe. We really think it is an authentic Parisian bistro that cultivates our French know-how. It's worth the detour! the price: 30 euros with dessert and wine! It's really reasonable for quality and quantity. 10/10

Menu of the correct day a little expensive, nice retro decoration, well isolated from the noisy royal street.

Excellent service! Young team, smiling and listening to the client. The hot goat salad is very delicate unlike the one found in most of the capital's bistros. I strongly recommend this place for a quick and cheerful lunch.

We ate a croque gentleman and a madam crunch with a mixed salad (salade and tomato). The atmosphere is nice though a little bit of awkward in my opinion because of the street. The service is very well done and nicely. Food is fresh and well cooked. A good time of pure pleasure for a good value quality price seen the location.
