Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

I'm usually not a person to write reviews, but my man and I went to this place yesterday (on Sunday at 1045) to breakfast. we sat immediately and noticed that they were busy, which was good. we had nowhere to be. then it took 20-25 minutes to order our food. (1 plate by grandmas sampler) four tables from 2 top to 4 top tables sit after us and got their food before us. After we waited one time, we decided to go. my man paid for the drinks. I told the waitress (destiny) that she has canceled our food, she says: “Ok sounds good,” she goes away. She leads us to believe she has never put into order. the manager paid us for 1 coffee and 1 orange juice. no apologies from any person. terrible management, communication and service. my man is in the restaurant industry, so we are fully aware of how to run restaurants. we will not return.

Great experience. the staff was friendly and helpful. during the Sunday lunch trip ordered, it was quickly prepared! ordered dumplings and pot roasted. I haven't been in the crack for years and expected it to cost a fortune. it was only 22 and some changes. that was worth it! I am definitiw back. who reminds me of a scene from an autumn or Christmas film. I love the feeling that I'm in there, can't expect to go back with my daughter! Kindness: very welcoming atmosphere with trinkets and shiny things everywhere. they have some cheap sweets and even child costumes

Good server did the best she could with short staff in the kitchen! very friendly and helpful!

The food was great. The waitress we had needs more training or something. It took forever before she came and got our drink order. By the time she did we had already looked at the menu and knew what we wanted. So we give our drink order and food we wanted. We did build your own breakfast. We got our eggs, hash browns, and meat. Never got our biscuits and gravy. Finally she comes with complimentary biscuits and I ask what about the biscuits and gravy come with our meal. She brings a bowl of gravy out for two of us to share and no plates. We needed a plate due to the fact our other plates were stacked together since we had been done eating for a while. This waitress needs more training or a new job. Food great service sucked......

I went there yesterday on a busy crowded Saturday. There was a bit of a wait but the food was DELICIOUS! The people working there were so kind and helpful! They were short-staffed and they were SLAMMED all at the same time during the Lunch Rush! The employees handled it with Grace and Professionalism! And I repeat: My Meal was DELICIOUS! I opted for the Veggie plate: Greens, Carrots, Pinto Beans and Okra with Cornbread. Every single bite of it was Amazing and I didn't leave anything behind!
