Kfc - Palm Coast

We went there and ordered the 12 PC family meal. We were given a container of HOT tea. We ask for cups with ice. We were told we could only have two cups. But there were more than two of us. Then we ask for plates she said we don't have any and walked awayfrom the window..we had only two cups for the hot tea. No plates and no plastic forks or spoons. We are traveling and areeating in the car. We had to find a Publix and my husband went in and bought paper plates and silverware...freakingridiculous...please do not eat there custom service is awful ????

Horrible, dry chicken, cold french fries, slow service even with me putting the order in ahead of time. The store was dirty the floor was sticky. There was a huge water drip coming from the AC vent where the floor was actually wet. The food was so bad thatI decided instead of even calling to complain that I would just never go back to the restaurant which I must say is notsomething that I would do unless it was absolutely atrocious. Even the middle thing was completely filthy and you can see foodparticles on it that's pretty gross. My stomach got very upset after eating here

We ordered four #14 combo meals and was told there are no fries available even though it was 11:30am. So we ordered just the 4 chicken sandwiches only. After paying we were told there would be a 10 minute wait and to pull up. That wait was 20 minutes and when the girl came to the car as if we irritated her by waiting and said you ordered the chicken sandwiches, here you go?! And walked off. There was no sorry for the wait, nothing. For now on Popeyes only, never this kfc again! Popeyes chicken sandwich taste better anyway

I have two times last month. I waited 20 minutes in the line to say they don't know if they could give me a family order until they get rid of all their other delivery orders. today I came in without waiting, what was brilliant and I asked for a 12-part meal and they asked if I wanted an original or a crispy, so I decided to crispy. then I was told that they could either not give me because they had only a few of them and it would be a 25-minute waiting period. I asked them if they could just mix it up to make 12 pieces, and then they let me say I waited for over 5 minutes, so I drove away. that's the worst food restaurant I've ever seen. I understand that there is a lack of work, and I know that there is a stressful work, but this service is terrible.
