Mcdonald's - Palm Beach Gardens

I simply love their food. I always get great customer service here. The place is clean and the employees are always very kind. Will come visit again.

One of the worst mcdonald’s to which I was; an ice-cold caramel mocha was delivered with chocolate syrup an ice cream. When I asked her to fix it, I was considered to have three heads. I explained that I did not give an ice-cold caramel mocha. so the worker takes it in the back and comes back 2 seconds later with the same coffee, but with him flooded whipped cream with chocolate syrup dripping. the manager came by and asked for her to leave it to the right, and he really asked what was wrong with it. I find it hard to believe that they have never seen or done an icy karamell mocha, but so they have acted. the manager goes back for a few minutes and comes with a new one that had so much chocolate in him it looked like it was black coffee with a drop. When I tasted it, it was one of the worst things I tasted. at this point I give up and ask for a cup to get a limo, because obviously when I ask another or try to make it right, their heads could explode, from thinking too hard. no excuse for inconvenience. I avoid the mcdonald for the foreseeable future.

This is the nature preserve and it's fantastic. My mom helped with it when it first was opened. She was one of the volunteers that helped plant the trees in the grass in the water. And I take my grandchildren there too

I Loved McDonald’s and It was good fast food restaurant . I liked that too

Second time trying this location. Never again. These people that work here are dumb as a box of rocks! Cannot follow simple instructions and you have to tell them your order 10 times and then they have to get the manager and you have to tell the manager 10 times, and then it still comes out wrong. And they're rude on top of it. Never again.
