Normally when I come here everything is fine. But this time I was disgusted. There was mold in/on my ice. And I just went there 20 minutes ago. I’m very disgusted. Probably won’t come back
This Micky D's is great. That's what we called it when I was a kid and still say to this day. This location is like 5 to 7 minutes away. There is ample parking with plenty of handicapped access ability to everything. The store is clean, the staff are friendly and fast. The food we receive is always fresh. The order is also always correct when checked in the car before we leave. This is the best McDonalds I have had in a long time. Thanks.
They were polite. The food was fresh. The coca-cola was spot on. The service was quick. Exactly what I expect from any McDonald’s they understand how to treat customers with dignity and the management here knows McDonald’s standards and follows them to the letter.
This McDonald’s used to actually operate well. Not more recently!!! Every time we have stopped for a shamrock shake in the month of March, their shake machine has been down. Almost an entire month now that we have went there this is the case. I placed an order on the app Where I was able to choose extra sauces from the condiments. I picked up my order through the drive thru. During this time, I interacted with 3 employees. One at the speaker, one at the first window, and one at the second window. Not one of them bothered to inform me that my order was missing 3 of the sauces I ordered since the app doesn’t “charge” you for the extra sauce. I pulled back around and went inside to ask for my sauce. The employee told me that they don’t give them to you for that reason. I did get annoyed and made a statement that it would be nice if they told you that. Sure, it may be an app “flaw” but I was referring to the 3 employees I had interaction with since picking up my order. This employees response was that she doesn’t “control the app”. Sure that may be true but I really don’t think it would be too much to ask that instead of just not including the items I ordered and saying nothing about it, they could have let me know while I was picking up so I could pay for the items that I clearly had placed with my order. Instead of taking responsibility for that, blame is redirected to make it seem it’s solely the “apps fault” for this shortcoming. Extremely annoyed with this place
