Strickland's Seafood - Paducah

First time here not sure what the hype is all about. The fried shrimp was oily the hush puppies were burnt. Husband said his fish tasted bad they really need to change the oil they’re frying in. For the money, we expected much more.

Me and my mom just went here for lunch and had the fried oysters, fried okra, and peel n’ eat shrimp.The food was great and flavorful and our waitress, JJ was so nice and attentive. Will be bringing the family back for dinner sometime :

Service is good place is nice, I’m sure they have decent fried food but their actual seafood sucks, grilled shrimp was all overdone and had a burnt taste, gumbo was tasteless mush, the steak was literally nothing but fat, had to throw 70% of it away, crab and crab cakes were good, hey they tried but won’t be back

Strickland's is by far the best seafood restaurant in Paducah, KY!! The food is fresh, the staff is very friendly, the service is outstanding and they even carry PBW's Irish Red beer!! (Local brewery) If you are coming to the Paducah area be sure to go to Strickland Seafood Restaurant!! Just wait until you try their hush puppies!!! Reasonably priced.
