15 minutes per customer/car in drive thu for lousy food that's over

Came here with some friends I ordered number 12 platter 3 prices chicken 2 fish. With coleslaw and fries. I got my dish kinda fast but it was missing my fish and coleslaw. The chicken from the front was just talking down the bagging station lady as she tried to keep track of everything.My friend order 2 chicken slider and had to wait almost 20 min if not longer just to get those.Tables and lobby looked untouched.Certainly not what it use to be.Edit: it's now the next day and I'm almost positive I have food poisoning...

Yes I tried to order online but I couldn't get it to work. Went in the girl was really nice to try to give me what I tried to order. But I try to order the fish and fries (2) oder of hush puppies and a sm drink. She asked what 2 sides I wanted I told her and got home and didn't have the fries with our fish and no hush puppies. Although I do appreciate what the girl did I did not get what I wanted.
