We went to Darvish for dinner a few days before Christmas. We hadn 't been back for a long time but, as always, as soon as we crossed the threshold the magic happened again! You feel instantly transported to another world, another era! You feel like sacred guests rather than customers as the owners and staff treat you just like that: as a guest in their home! The environment perfectly respects the atmosphere one would expect in a Persian restaurant: wood, gold, baroque chandeliers, tapestries, everything takes you back to an ancient world that perhaps no longer exists! The food is an unforgettable experience: different flavours, certainly, from Italian ones but so well combined and prepared that they are pleasant and engaging even for the most reluctant palates to try foreign cuisines. What can I say...seeing is believing and be careful not to fly away on a flying carpet!
Small and very nice restaurant, furnishings with Persian ethnic references. Typical Persian cuisine, I have come here many times as a couple or with friends and we have always been treated with kindness and courtesy. They explain the dishes to you, illustrating the ingredients and preparation. The traditional drink dugh, made with yogurt, mineral water and spices, is also very good. Parking: For parking I recommend the Prandina park and a 10 minute walk otherwise you risk wandering around for hours because the area is central, there are few car parks and lots of cars looking for a space.
