Bidrage med feedbackOne of the slowest restaurants in town. Horrible customer service inside, over the phone and in the drive thru . Horrible customer if you call, they talk to you on the phone like you’re and idiot . Anytime you order from the drive thru or inside there’s at least a 15 minute wait minimum. Nothing is ever ready! If you ask for a spicy chicken sandwich or fried chicken be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes because the sandwich patties are frozen, and the fried chicken is never kept available. This location lacks real leadership and the staff could use some real training.
What even was that??? I felt like I didn't even exist. I was there 24 mins to pick up a mobile order of one meal!
Prior to this December, their food was what you’d expect from Popeye’s. However, recently, the quality and service has changed drastically at this location. My husband ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, and one of the pieces was so tiny with hardly even a bite of meat on it. I ordered 2 large red beans/rice sides, and paid $20 for those sides alone. I drove home, tasted the side I purchased, and made the drive back to return the other one due to its lack of flavor. Come to find out upon arriving that I was charged double. $10 for each side when it should have been $5 each. The manager refunded me $5 and when I checked the receipt before leaving, I realized I was charged $10 for the one side and went back in to ask for my additional $5 back. It wasn’t until I arrived home for the second time that I realized I should have asked for an additional $5 for the extra charge of the first side. How I was overcharged so significantly is beyond me, however, the manager was friendly and didn’t argue.
Customer service sucks. Food will never be ready and you'll have to wait.
I thought it was ok, except that HUGE pot hole in their parking lot. Now that is too crazy, need to get that fixed. The prices are kinda high for it being mostly Chicken products. But hey if you like em than that's just fine by me.
