Starbucks - Owings Mills

This is a very busy location. Their down time is often short lived. Staff is friendly and attentive. They do their best even with the rude 'intitled ' patrons.

I can say that I love Starbucks but in this place there is a guy who takes too long to make a coffee… he is with his cell phone and the ones that are left over take a glass and drink it in front of the customer, it is the first time I have seen this.Service: 1/5

They don't really take directions well lo but I love this place. If imp in the area ill stop and gran=b a grilled cheese and a refresher.Food: 4/5

I love the hot cocoa at Star Bucks. The cashier was friendly and fast. They have a great selection of other festive drinks!!

Egg bites are really great and of course fantastic coffee!Food: 5/5
