Panda Express - Owatonna

Not worth a 2 hour wait. Go to Local Chinese buffet instead! Initially went through drive through and ordered a family dinner, got pulled ahead to wait. waiting 30 minutes in the car and went inside to check on the order. They had not started and said they would start right away. 1 hour later and staff kept looking at my with nothing only to tell me they couldn’t make my food. told them they could sub in another side and they needed to cook up rice for the order. another 30 minutes later and the manager tries to be friendly and apologize. I've manages chain restaurants and ran stores alone due to staff shortages, this guy was a joke and doesn’t know how to do his job. only gave Rangoon’s and didn‘t offer any discount.

Our family has always enjoyed Panda Express in Owatonna. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is awesome.Kid-friendliness: Orange chicken and chow mein never disappoints.

1st time ever eating here, and I do have to say what I ordered was pretty good. The atmosphere was also good. Couple things i seen that i didnt like was they didnt get out and clean tabkes as they should when you have 7 to 8 people there, I will come back again someday and try it again.

The food I had was good. A nice change from the usual takeout Buffet where you can't tell one from the next. Rice was a little on the crunchy side but still tasty. Overall an enjoyable meal.Parking: Limited number of spots, this is primarily a takeout location, minimal seating inside also

Don’t bother going there. The doors are locked during business hours.
