Ihop - Oviedo

Started coming here when it was built and it was great then. Arrived on 03-09-24 for the first time in a while because we moved and horrible service, employees seem like it's thier first day. Waited 15 min for a drink.

Walked in at 4:30pm on a Saturday and stood at the front for 5 mins. The lobby was empty of staff and no one showed up to seat us. We left.

The food and service have taken a nose dive over the years here. I've been coming here for almost 20 years and I am official never coming back.They are VERY light on the ingredients for their specials.No creme cheese in the crepes, no girl scout cookie crumbles in the girls scout cookie pancakes, no cheesecake in the strawberry cheesecake pancakes.A party of 4 and it took almost an hour to get our food, all while the restaurant is at 50-60% capacity.Very disappointed.

Just left about 20 minutes ago, the server was cursing up a storm in the kitchen because more people were coming in and she did not come back to ask us for our order cause she was too busy in the back of the kitchen cursing about the customers and says she's done with her job there. Me and my girlfriend just left cash for two drinks and left, thanks for hiring unprofessional children that can't talk or act professional or respectfully and drive good paying customers out of your establishment. Oviedo kids don't make for good workers.
