My impression was a better tasting better managed chipotle. You had the menus in the line so you knew what you wanted before you came to the staff. I think that made it much more efficient. You had some options. I have the Enchiladas. You were very good! The mint Limade was very well twisted.

Freshly made tortillas. Quality ingredients. Cafe Rio will quickly be regularly in our food rotation. You get very good food for a fair price.

Cafe Rio is Chipotles' biggest competition. The difference? The food from Cafe Rio is fresh! Your drinks options include Orchata, Mint Limeade (my favorites), some infused teas and regular soda fountains. All her meat is delicious, they have shredded chicken, fire grilled chicken, Chile roasted beef, fire grilled steak and fire grilled salmon, and vegetarian option, but my absolute favorite is the sweet pork barbacoa. Your sweet pig is amazing. Get it in a Burrito, Queensadilla or anything else and you won't regret it. Your Minzlimeade is fantastic, and they even offer Horchata that you should probably try at least once. only complaint is that the design of the restaurant makes sound wear, so it's pretty loud in there. And occasionally the stuff breaks into a short little song that's just not my thing. Still get your food and nothing.

Always excellent food . I love Salmon salad on Fridays..... so tasteful and the chips are always hot and salsa is always fresh
