Taco Bell - Overland Park

I ordered the vegetarian mexican pizza and it was good. I also had the bean burritos, and it was ok.

Super friendly crew but food is bad. I ordered on app for some tacos and a order of 7-layer nacho fries. Tacos are good as normal but nacho fries comes without nacho, which is extremely disappointing.

I tried to call the store to verify my uber eats order. Thenone who answered then phone was very rude and said can I help u when she answered. No hi this is taco bell or anything. I called her outnon it and she hung up and would not serve me. Called back several times butnno answer. If your employees hate their job so much that they cant even handle a phone conversation, then this location needs to find new workers.

I was having a very rough moment when I went through the DT here and was told that they were out of beans. After dealing with multiple locations being out of important ingredients, I was pretty upset. Mismanagement of ordering ingredients and poor quality (e.g. undercooked rice) have become the norm for taco hell. They initially told me that they had to charge me for black beans. Stephen H helped, gave me a coupon for a free taco and apologized. It meant a lot to me in what was not my best momen … – show

Stephan was super nice. He double checked our order to be sure it was right. Thanked us for coming in and looked forward to seeing us again. Food was hot taco shells were crisp.
