Update: Music was at a normal level tonight, but sweetener and cream still not being trusted to customers. Workers were very pleasant, however.Original post: Two of the recent visits, staff was playing the music ridiculously loud. I asked them to turn the music down both times. Both times they acted put out. Also, why are they keeping the sweetener and cream behind the counter?

After ordering a mocha cookie crumble frap i received a drink that was not filles to the top. These drink cost $6 and when i said something the dude at the window was really rude about it. I handed him the drink back and asked for a refund. Would rather go elsewhere.

Yesterday they didn’t put the label on my cake pop and I was waiting for it while they didn’t know who it belong to. Today I ordered my frappuccino through the app at 11:59, when I get there it wasn’t ready, I waited thinking they were behind and needed more time, but it was that she had forgot about my drink. I didn’t receive my drink until 12:22, which is irritating because I ordered through the app so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. Everyone there is always so friendly except for that lady who was not only snappy with me but her coworkers.
