Papa John's Pizza - Overland Park

The waiter at The Switch was extremely pleasant and helpful. He truly made the entire dining experience exceptional. I felt that he alone was worth the trip, and the pizza was also delicious. I would rate it 10/10. As for vegetarian options, there are a few pizza choices available. You can opt for the garden fresh pizza, or try the alfredo pizza with spinach and tomato toppings, which was also delicious.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza tonight and they delivered the wrong one. When I called the manager to ask for a refund, they said they could only offer a replacement next time due to company policy. I was not satisfied with this response, so I asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. After waiting for an hour, I called back and spoke to a different person who informed me that the correct pizza had been left on my doorstep (since no one had rung my doorbell) and it was now cold. I will not be returning to Papa John's again and would not recommend this location at 151 and Metcalf.

I ordered a pizza and waited and waited. I finally called and they had the wrong phone number from 10 years ago and no apartment number, despite me giving them updated information. I couldn't even order a pizza today! They cancelled my order an hour later and now dinner for my two children is late. Terrible customer service.

Order not from here! order delivery before the time it was 25 minutes late, without notification that it would be so late. it took 30 minutes to keep the load, and when I talked to the manager, he said they were busy. unacceptable. do not take any orders they cannot fulfill in time.

Just walk in at the 119th ST. The lady that was in there was RUDE and her communication skills was zero to none. Basically kicked us out and had no clue when the pizza was going to be available. If the place says open on google are we supposed to imagine there's no pizza available. Please train the employees to be more coordial kind to customers. By the way I hope you have a great day LADY!
