Subway - Ottawa

The service was fast and the sandwich maker was generous with the toppings. The staff was friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the restaurant was well-kept. I highly recommend this place!

I have serious issue with this franchisee and the speed at which refunds are issued. While you expect the highest standard for your product that gets shipped to you from your suppliers, we customers expect timely and reliable resolutions for issues assigned to them by corporate guest services. It’s been 13 days since an order was cancelled here and I am still waiting on the refund. I worked at all levels in retail and i found that responding to customer issues within a timely manner (24-48 hrs) maintains a return customer base and a happy customer
