Burger King - Ottawa

Definately stepped it up in the last 2 yrs, foods always fresh dee-licious! Friendly staff! Check out the coupons you get in the mail, you can get a tin if food for under 5 !

I rarely eat at burger King, but Wendy's had locked their doors at 5 pm; I walked up at 6. Burger King was open, steady stream of cars at the drive-in, no customers inside. I walked up to the counter and was promptly served. I had questions about the menu which were answered. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told it would take 6-7 minutes to cook and be ready. I was then kept up to date a few minutes later. Food was good. They had one of those pick your own flavors soda machines I really like. I was very satisfied.

I hadn't been to Burger King in a long time and finally decided to go today. The Whoppers were delicious, the fries were excellent, and we loved the drink machine where you can choose from a variety of drinks. The manager and employees were very friendly. There is a new manager now.

The service at this restaurant was incredible - fast, friendly, and efficient, despite there being only 2 employees working and multiple other customers. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.

Jessica Lynch is one of the many servers at this restaurant and she is the best. She is friendly, attentive to everyone, especially to us minors. She always has my back and is always there for us.
