Bidrage med feedbackFood is disgusting, it shouldn 't even be called food . The place is ghetto, filthy, and gross inside. 2 cheeseburgers and a large fries for over $11, that is absolutely absurd.
They have some really dirty employees. Not to judge them but i had 2 cheeseburgers from there and went home to take a nap and I puked and had diarrhea afterwards all in the same day. Must’ve caught a norovirus and those virus can be transmitted by touch of objects like the dirty employer that gave me my food. He looked like he hasn’t showered in days and his belly was showing a bit. Have some representation at least.
Placed a mobile order for curbside and sat there for over an hour. Finally got fed up and went to the drive thru to request a refund and was given attitude by the lady at the speaker, and you 're choosing to go through the drive thru instead of coming inside? . Obviously. Because I waited an hour for food I never got and my two year old was in the backseat sleeping. Horrible experience for sure and I won 't be coming back to the Jackson McDonalds anymore.
I see all these reply's from the owner saying that they are going to pass the information on to the store. Yet nothing has been done. McDonalds workers are swearing at customers for asking what they paid for! This is out of control! The owner is asleep at the helm with no care in the world about this store.
So I called and asked to speak to a manager she asked me what the issue was I replied a messed up order she asked in drive thru or lobby I said drive thru and said idk if someone missed it and she responds with well that’s rude and I replied so is not doing the job correct as I believe it wasn’t rude saying maybe someone missed it lol but then continues to swear and I asked to speak to her boss she said “ I don’t have time for this call the 1800 number and hung up” I tried to call back and she disconnected the phones this is absolutely ridiculous get some customer service or don’t be in a service industry point blank
