We discovered this shop in Summer 2017, then were eager to return in Autumn 2019, We have only ever tried the porchetta panini. It is so simple and lovely that we cannot get beyond it to try anything else. The bread is chewy, the porchetta is indescribably delicious, with just enough fennel and pork fat to make it heavenly. That is all and it is all you need. We usually take our paninis to go, and take them back to our flat, where there is cold Orvieto Classico and a view. We dream of this when we are not in Italy, and we avail ourselves of it frequently when we are in Orvieto. Very nice proprietors.

Sandwich with very good and cheap porcelain burger. would be superior if they were organized with other outlines, such as salad and chips, and typical sauces for the purpose (maionese, ketchup, etc.)

Incredible lunch. Meat and cheese platter (including porchetta) to eat outside on a small terrace. Absolutely delicious.
