I read Adrien's review and the response from Fabien, the manager of the restaurant that I have been frequenting occasionally for over 10 years (Les Gourmands Disent at the time). I accompanied Adrien on Friday lunchtime and not Saturday. I have been going to restaurants regularly and not only in France for over 40 years and if we can consider that my opinion may be relevant, I confirm that the ribs were much too dry and therefore not at all appetizing. You must know the reason Fabien but I understand that it is better to come and eat at the beginning of the week according to your previous comment. It is well noted. The starter and side dish were pretty decent but I regret having ended up spending €21 for this meal. The verbal exchange that you suggest in your comment could have taken place if our hostess had sent for you when we expressed our disappointment and everything would have been resolved. Finally, I would like to humbly recommend that you maintain your cool when responding to a customer's review, even if it is very negative. This is never good for the image of the establishment. Reason why I leave a little star.

Very slow service. Arrival 12:10, first dish served at 1.20. All entries did not arrive at the same time. Very good but cold meat has a little cooking. Obligated to eat very fast because taken in time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A good culinary experience. The frame is also very pleasant and friendly staff. The dishes are well presented and the quantity as the quality is there. A restaurant for me.
