TGI FRIDAYS - Waterford Lakes - Orlando

The service was excellent and the food was delish! The restaurant was icy!! Nothing worse than being cold and enjoying food! The food was even cold fast!! My delicious potters were cold!

Our server, Dani, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our requests. Thank you, Dani, for making my mother's day special. She was pleasantly surprised by your kind gesture, which truly enhanced our dining experience.

The service was really good and everything but I ordered a cobb salad with steak and the steak was really gross. I showed my server and she agreed it was unacceptable and called a manager over. He then called another manager over and they handled it very promptly and professionally and brought me another salad within 10-15 minutes. They apologized profusely and took it off my bill. The second salad I received was extremely delicious and everything else was good. I would recommend!

Lissa is by far the best bartender that creates a beautiful inviting atmosphere in the bar for single dining room cartridges
