Pizza Hut - Orlando

Pizza is always good, but the customer service we experienced tonight was great! kylie and carter were fabulous! carter was especially nice and went out of his way to go the extra mile.

Poor costumer service, called ahead 50 min for a pick up, had to wait another 35 min in the lobby waiting for it! My pizza was ready but they prefer to answer the phone for new orders other than helping 4 clients in the lobby! Never again Pizza Hut! The taste was not good Either!

This is the worst location… They took one hour and 30 minutes to get my pizza delivered. Passed 45 minutes after I placed the order, I called the location for an update on my pizza delivery. Then the new Manager named ROBERT who answered my call, treated me badly, he was very rude and unprofessional.

Asked for extra sauce there’s not only not extra sauce there was no sauce. Basically a flatbread – just disappointed as last time i ordered it was really good because it was the way I like it in this time it did not meet expectations

I came to this location at 10:30 on a Sunday. The sign clearly says they close at 11 yet the doors were locked and no one was there ?I’m even more upset because I triple checked their closing time both on the website and on Google to make sure they would be open before I drove all the way out here. It would’ve been nice to know you were closing early
