Fresco Cucina Italiana - Orlando

Our service was not only fast but friendly! Food was wonderful and atmosphere was very surprising for a strip mall restaurant. We will definitely be back! Make sure you make a reservation when you go. We made one for two people on Thursday night and it was certainly needed. Amazing wine selection and very reasonable drink prices!

We were visiting Orlando and ran across this restaurant in our Google Search as highly rated and wanted to give it a try. We couldn't be happier with our choice AND our server Jessica made our night. She took care of us and made my little son feel so special, he found a new girlfriend I think. The food was amazing, tasty pasta, great bread, and awesome drinks. This place was so good, we came back two nights later and waited for a table because it's that good.

We came here after universal studios, the menu looked good, and the reviews did also. They were packed so we waited about 15 min no problem, the waitress took our orders quickly and arrived with our appetizers within minutes. Service was very fast that was the good part. We got our pastas to go because we didn’t want to stay in the loud environment. We asked for a side of marinara sauce to go with the rest of the calamari and were charged $5 for it and given a small “tub” of sauce .. which we didn’t ask for or need. We left with our to go pastas when we got back to our hotel, we looked at the pasta it was greasy and separated. Not good , thrown away about $40 worth . This was not true carbonara by any means and the Alfredo with chicken was nothing special as well. That was really disappointing. We hoped for a better by looking at the reviews.. but everything here was very greasy and oily. I don’t recommend if you want real Italian that will satisfy. The three stars are for the service and the appetizers.

Service was attentive Restaurant had space early evening but was filling up fast. The locals sat at the bar cheering on the race horses on the bar TVs. Starter: we had an octopus bruschetta spectate. It was nice but the vinegar balance was off depending on the food you got on the mouthful. One piece of bread each also didn’t work for volume of seafood. Mains: good portion size. Too much rocket but easy to remove grime pizza. Pasta also okay. Spicy sausage very garlicky. Review : it’s okay. Foods okay, service is okay. I didn’t get the reason for super high reviews from others. I wouldn’t be back myself.
