Bidrage med feedbackI don't usually ram, but this ram is one of the best I had. it met the place and was exactly what I had believed in a ramen. I had the miso. fried chicken was so tender and juicy! if I had 10 stars, I would do that totally!
It started rocky. they gave my reserved table after they said it was an hour and then they were ready in 20 minutes. so we had to wait again. I forgive myself that because they came in and we only waited for 40 minutes, which is less than the original waiting period. it was annoying, but I went on when I got my food. my wife and I enjoyed it very much. it was warm and perfect. it was busy, but they still seem to offer a fairly large service when we sat. they can see a great difference from those who possess asa and the hired help. it's hard to find good help these days. they go when the owners work and they will be a delicious and great experience!
This place is a surprising gem in provo, ut. I have actually eaten ramen in japan and that is very authentic in comparison. the restaurant looks quite simply on the outside, but the taste and presentation of its rams, croquettes (fried potato in Katsu sauce aka Japanese BBQ sauce) and the mochi are anything but basic. my mouth is very happy and I came to lunchtime special: half size ram (still a generous part), choice of the supplement and a drink for $11.25 if I ever get back in provo, I will return.
Great rams to great praises. nothing is better than a hot bowl raming in winter. asa ramen is simply fantastic, both the miso- and shoyu-based are on the ground. the sides are also brilliant, the croquettes are something they usually do not see outside of japan. get their place in the line on yelp and come to see why this place is always packed.
Ramen was delicious and super umami! Definitely ask for the thick noodles. Restaurant is really small so you could have to wait a while to be seated. They offer 1/2 size bowls which is really nice — probably the right portion size to order unless you’re starving.
