Kfc - Orangeville

I’m not sure what happened. But I ordered via skip the dishes. And I believe the driver was waiting at the location for quite some time. And I didn’t receive my order at all. So I’m a bit upset, to say the least, and considering the tremendous amount of poor reviews I’m sure the hold up for the driver had a role to play. Because KFC is considered fast food, and the driver was sitting there for approximately 30-45 minutes waiting for a simple bucket and some fries. This ended up in my order not being delivered and a refund I can’t get issues due to skips horrible customer service policy. So basically I’ve been robbed.

Absolutely disgusting. I would give this place a -25 if I could. I paid 70 dollars for a bucket of chicken and 5 sides and I threw it all out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online and I got a special treat- waiting 45 minutes after my initial 25 minute order. Then I got screamed at for “lying” that I was there for that amount of time. What? When the food came I was so incredibly angry that I asked for a refund. When I was denied, I threw it in the garbage and vowed never to eat there again. What a nasty place. What a nasty manager. So unsettling. Disgusting. Food: 1

Good service at Friendly people. The place could be a little bit more clean though. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
