Little Caesars Pizza - Orangeburg

The regular pepperoni and cheese is not great BUT the new muffin shapped pizza is AMAZING!!!!!

I went in last night and was absolutely appalled! All my years I’ve never experienced lil ceasers service like this! I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an order of cups.. the girl who took my order was rude asked my order walked away while I was talking and came back talking about what was your order again.. lobby full of people all waiting for simple orders waiting 30+ mins but they had no issues serving drive thru! Pizza just flying out the window but people inside who had online orders are waiting like cmon.. everybody was dragging asx no apology for the wait! They wasn’t short staffed I counted like 6 people on hand. And then to have people waiting like that when they had the product in the case ready to go! I will never go to that spot again! And everyone that was working last night needs to be fired especially the front counter cashier.. it was one worker was was trying her best I didn’t know her name but she tried and I thank her for it she had a ponytail on top of her head with color streaks in her hair! With the exception of her idk if everyone else smoked or what but if so they don’t know how to function when stoned and they need to get it together expeditiously!

This place has serious problems, the service is horrible. Online order placed at 6:03 estimated time given for ready was 6:21-6:27- order received at 6:52. 49 minutes for a take out pizza??No apology for the wait, poor customer service. Horrible service, We will never re-visit.
