Patina Wines - Orange

For our second trip to orange we decided to try patina weine. beautiful location, her garden is amazing and I am sure in summer will be even better. they have some really good wee, chardonnay 2019 is it a must try. pierre looked at us amazingly and charlie kept us entertaining. will definitely be back. keep good work

I've been living in orange for years and love the wine mountains around our home doors. this was simply the best wine tasting experience I had before and would recommend to everyone. pierre was incredibly attentive and generous with his time as he tried us through the series of excellent weeping. the environment and beauty was also amazing

Orange's best kept vineyard secret! A beautiful garden setting with plenty of comfortable, private seating areas to choose from. The service was perfectly attentive (well timed, informative without being intimidating to the novice) and tastings were generous. Picnickers are welcome and children are catered for with great play equipment away from the main area.

This place was understaffed which I understand, however we booked in advance. A group of ten turned up unexpectedly and they fitted them in. Then all of a sudden we couldn’t try what we wanted to try, because they had too many people. The guy literally said this. We are a couple that will buy at least a dozen bottles of wine but when we see in front of our eyes that we can’t try what we essentially came for, I won’t give them business. The one wine I wanted to try, we were told we couldn’t but it was apparently “the best red they had”. We wine taste to try before we buy, I won’t bother myself to go wine tasting if I can’t try it first.

Patina weine is a beautiful thing! the cellar door is part of the great mention with a beautiful garden. they can taste in and outside. we booked early, so we were the only ones at the tasting. we sat inside, the facility is rustic and charming! our host was French and knew his wee very well. the wee were delicious, especially chardonnay and pinot noir. I would recommend adding it to your list of dinge in orange
