Mcdonald's - Opelousas

One star is an overstatement ,wish I could put no stars at all. Went through drive thru and was given creamer and ice without coffee. I went inside and they acted like I was crazy. A fool could see there was no coffee in my iced coffee. Waited 15 minutes for replacement. The inside of store was filthy,the young men working in back had jeans on with all their UNDERWEAR Visible to the public. They also had long hair WITHOUT head coverings. Very UNSANITARY and DISTASTEFUL. Gross

Food is consistent with the taste that you are accustomed to from McDonald's, BUT.... Go to a different McDonald's!! They are rude here, they never fill your fry box, and they slap your sandwich together haphazardly! They all need to be trained better!!

We like it food has been good for the most part and they always tried to get it right

Unbelievable came through drive thru and been waiting in slip 5 for 30 minutes and now they do not know what we ordered! So unorganized

I did drive threw after a long drive. Had a quarter pounder with cheese meal with a coke. Everything was as it should have been. McDonald's is always pretty consistent. Cheese was slapped on and half on half off the burger.... But this is common at McDonald's, right? Anyway, I enjoyed my food. They also had a lot of new ways to try old staples. I'm not trying to spend 15$ at McDonald's for a single meal so I've not tried any of there new options. But it is kind of neet? Bacon jalapeno cheesy quart pounder? Sounds nice?!?!
