Zelai Zabal - Oñati

There is a large dining room with panoramic windows overlooking the valley. We were at a conference dinner for 150! For us there were too many courses but each one was prepared to perfection. Squash soup, Fois gras, a salad with a lobster claw, grilled shrimp, baked hake with tomato vinaigrette, beef tenderloin, dessert. One course at time.The fish was perfectly cooked and moist. The beef was rare and it was among the best tasting pieces of beef that I have ever eaten (although we were pretty full by then).

It was our first time in this área and we did not expect to find a restaurant of such quality nearby the sanctuary of our Lady of Arantzazu

Llegamos por casualidad a este restaurante y sin duda, es ya un referente para nosotros. La profesionalidad y dedicación de Alberto Elorza en cada plato es de destacar, una exquisitez. Su hermana Pilar,jefa de sala, atenta a cada detalle y que estuviera todo bien. Con nuestro hijo se portaron fenomenal. Y las vistas preciosas. Gracias por todo familia ,sin duda,volveremos.

Es un restaurante encantador,el servicio inmejorable.Recomendable cien por cien.Siempre que vamos, sabemos que saldremos de allí encantados .
