Bidrage med feedbackI ordered this thru the drive thru, because these special inns do not offer in . my earlier experience with this device was to say the least rude and unwilling. but I enjoy the person they had led the drivethru this day 11 november. I swear, she's the polite person who works with this facility I came in contact with. I never get my sauces that come with my side and forget to ask because the moment in which she grabs the grouchy woman manager or a very unpleasant guy and it sits in the pocket before she even ends the end of her set. please learn that not everyone who means customers is crazy or annoyed or rude. the customer service should still be given to everyone with a pleasant tone and courtesy.
This location opened the dining room again, but only until 4 o'clock daily (see lobby hour photo). not sure when or how long they keep these hours. nice to stretch out while enjoying a frosty! food: 4/5
Not to leave a bad critique, but something has to change. I often stop here because it's close to work, and I had more false submissions than correct. that's almost impressive. also frustrating that dunes-in is not yet open.
This situation is terrible. I command by door dash and unfortunately this place is close so my order is routed. before a week I ordered the dinner at 530 my order went through and it said they did. my that went to the place, but the lobby was locked and the trip was closed. to the happiness did doir dash my money back. I will never go to this place I am glad that door dash used another place to get my food.
The worst the burger was raw or sat on the counter for several mins before she gave it to me. The one on 52 L st went bad had to.stop going now I'm off Wendy's for good.
