Baskin-robbins - Omaha

Never go! I ordered the same four times and every time I do the wrong thing! I ordered the Keksteig Sundae and the first time that they put Caramel instead of hot Fudge, the second time when they put this cake dough in it instead of Keksteig, and then the third time that she hot fudge, vanilla ice cream, keksteig, almonds and a cherry. It doesn't even come with a cherry and I'm very allergic to almonds and nuts I am? I'm glad my father stopped me before I ate it. And other times I ordered them to be out of Keksteig! It's stupid! It's not rocket science!

Do not trust in the menu that they literally never have one of the flavors offered, that is not a unique event it is all the time or we have removed everything for the night at 19:30 in the summer months.

2 banana columns ordered? They had no bananas, so made, basically, a sunset in a divided boat and wanted to calculate the full price! The pulses were from the beats and the hot fudge was only roughly heated Hershey syrup!!! Now I'm okay with Hershey Sirup? This is what I am!! Sad day for BR

Super excited to have found a Baskin Robbins in Omaha NE. What in the world?! This location has been here for 4 years. Why didn't anyone tell me? Great experience, great service, will definitely be back as I found one here.

Service was good for the most part. But the store was very filthy. I understand that even though no other customers were inside, staff was very busy with the drive-thru customers. But every table and most chairs were dirty. The glass on the entryway was filthy. And the even the spoons in the spoon holder were dirty. The fudge seemed really old and was gross. Ice cream was OK. The smoothies were good. The area behind the counter looked clean, so that's good.
