Bidrage med feedbackBun on burger was burnt, ash brown was soggy and the food was cold, when we arrived at the drive through no one was there , so we had to drive around to the hatch that gives the food to order and pay for the food , staff just laughing and joking among themselves, won’t return and will tell others to avoid as well.
This has to be the worst shop anywhere for bad service , we waited in a queue of 2 for 30 minutes whilst all the takeaway drivers orders were made up , only one person making up the orders and after 30 minutes our order still not taken we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. No one seemed in charge and no sign of a manager to complain to . Absolute diabolical service , not the fault of the person making up the orders but lack of customer service from a senior person . No wonder this shop has such bad reviews on here .
If I could give this S#*T hole of a so called restaurant 0 stars I would. What a bunch of complete useless people are employed at this KFC You have been warned
Ordered food through uber they sent completely the wrong food and they missed some of it. The food they did send half was cold and half was burnt! Absolutely fuming as when I rang the store itself to ask what was going on I simply opened the conversation by saying hi I've just reviewed an order through uber and the gent on the line put the phone down on me and now will not answer the phone! Don't even know how this place is still open
Evey time I order from here (instore) the order is short. I 've let it pass on the revious two occasions but tonight (9.30 pm Tuesdaty 22nd February 2022) broke the camels back. How difficult should it be to provide a standard order and two extras. Yep, the guy that served order no: 9096 first called the number out wrong, which is hardly surprising because he seemed unable to read a simple order wit '3 ' items on it. I 've had it with this place until they can sort their staff out.
