Chipotle Mexican Grill

We forgot to get the sour cream and when we went back in they didn't give it to us, still the food was amazing overall

Never coming back to this location.The ladies who work there are so rude and they just throw the food at you so they can go to the next one.

Worst location to come and eat food at Chipotle. The employees are so rude and mean. They even put their hands inside your food.I got a steak bowl and a chicken bowl, and the lady put her finger inside it to see what kind of meat I have

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!Has to be on the top for the WORST customer service. Absolutely zero customer care. Over the past several visits each time rude staff, missing ingredients or something else. Clearly management at this location needs to change or learn to provide decent service. This location is a shame for the Chipotle brand.

I ordered a vegetarian bowl that only had white rice, sour cream, and cheese. I asked for extra rice but received hardly any. I can't believe I paid so much for such a small portion. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the portion size. Either the restaurant needs to improve or Headquarters needs to do some research. I can't get anyone to answer the phone to inquire about a refund.
