Quality Dairy - Okemos

Location: East Grand River Dobie Rd. Visit this and other shops regularly. I've been a customer for many yrs. Service is usually fast, friendly and helpful. They carry a variety of stnd convenience store items. From milk, bread, donuts, prepacked sandwiches, aspirin, to a quarter of engine oil. All the shops around Metro Lansing seem to run similarly well. Donuts are good. Coffee good. Ice through pots or ready pack is good. There is sometimes a variation how much you get in ice cream. Most employees seem to be roughly guessed by experience and appearance. Some, especially newer employees, were very stingy. They are not very customer-friendly. Cut the plate / cone briefly around maybe half a blade. It's a little thing. But generally bad form. And if you're looking for schnapps or lottery tickets, they have them. UpDate: March 22nd. Dropped in for ice. You have a number of new employees. I have a good one. Well-being service. The guy gave me a good part. He betrayed my QD card. In recent years, many employees do not ask. You get money from points, and free ice after some number of purchases; maybe 7 or 10. They close early. Not sure; think abt 10pm. The laundry closes earlier.

That's a great QD. The donuts are delicious, but the selection was not very late. I guess it's the pandemic, so I'm not upset. The Sicker Doodle cookies are my favorite and when we get ice cream, I go for pistachios that bits covered with chocolate. It is also a good short place for coffee.

They're lying and they're not open until 2:00. Friendly staff, but there are hours really short.
