Bidrage med feedbackThe yum cha at this place is great, good value and the food comes out quickly. What let’s this place down is the awful service which reading the other reviews is consistent with others experience. All the times we’ve been there, we’ve never had a smile, thank you or you’re welcome from any of the staff. If anything, they (including the manager) seem to be annoyed and burdened that you want to eat their food and give them your money. Today, we asked for chilli oil and were given one tiny serve (between 4) and when we asked for more we were told by a very unhappy waiter (wore glasses, short air, somewhat chubby guy) to only ask for more when we had finished. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhh we really like the yumcha here but putting up with the terrible service is quite infuriating....
Loved the decor. The food was affordable and reasonable sizes for entree mains. Table had complimentary prawn crackers! The staff were accommodating when I asked for a jug of cold water. Staff were friendly, but an occasional smile would have been good!
Had yum cha and food was great and service was extremely friendly and understanding. Amazing for the price.Very interesting dishes I haven't had any where else before, delicious!
Firstly I would like to highlight how polite and efficient the staff were. All were attentive and prompt with taking orders and clearing plates. The food was really good we started with steamed dim sims, spring rolls and a shallot cake. All were fresh and great entrees. Mains we had lemon chicken, salt and pepper soft shell crab and Mongolian beef with fried rice. Great food. Great service in a great location with 3 hours free parking.
Absolutely amazing food here! I think this is the most authentic Yum Cha in Adelaide. You must try their egg tarts and sweet BBQ bun if you want to know what real Canton food taste like.
