Jack In The Box - O'Fallon

Been stepping up their game. The only complaint I would have is that the tacos I could tell were pre made and maybe sitting a bit but they were still warm/hot and it was very good. Keep improving, one of our favorite spots.

When we got there to pick up order they had it ready to go. We left but my wife checked bags and we had to go back. They did not give us a single sauce we ordered. The door is locked so I had to go through the drive through, again. The lady at the drive through said 'We are not taking orders at the window we are only taking mobile and doordash orders. ' I explained we just came through and we didn 't get any of our sauces. She told me to pull around to the window. We waited over 15 minutes for the forgotten sauces. Our food was cold. I don 't mean cool, it was flat out cold. We had to go home and heat everything in the oven and microwave. If I wanted to cook i wouldn 't have ordered food from you. We didn 't notice because of the irritation of waiting, by the time we got home and unpacked the food to heat it up my wife noticed we also didn 't get our drink. Left comments at store and corporate and Twitter or X and heard exactly nothing. Hey, at least this location was open.

SO SLOW!! We got like 3 things. That's it! Took over 20 minutes from the time we placed the order, til we got our food. Had to literally go inside to get it.

Terrible service, drive thru people seem to be bothered by their job... probably should find another, maybe have a manager on weekends, seems the service goes the worst on weekends speaking of this location specifically.

Location closed middle of the day with jerky employees leaving the door unlocked telling people closed at 530p.
