Little Caesars Pizza - Ocoee

There was a rep there who was really rude it was a tall black guy with little dreads. The moment I walked in he had an attitude and I was waiting to make an order unsure of if the guy who was in front of me was going to order and he sat there and rolled his eyes and didn’t say a word knowing I came in to order and he wasn’t helping anyone . Then when I came in to get crazy puffs he rolled his eyes and with an attitude said “we don’t got it we don’t got enough dough for that” I just walked away but this kid was just downright not having a good day maybe

I like them so much that go there every Saturday to buy one,then, the wife and I,sit in the car to enjoy it

Ive been to this location multiple times. Not sure if I'm late on the news, but are Hot-N-Ready pizzas not a thing antmore? They seem to rarely have any pizzas Hot-N-Ready. I always have to order ahead if I want my pizza on time or have to wait. Staff is at times sassy, not always. Pizza quality is inconsistent. At times they burn them all, at times they undercook them, and at times they don't have the correct amount of toppings or flavor. But, there are times when the pizzas are perfect. They rarely cut them properly, thats for sure. My main complaint is the lack of Hot-N-Ready pizzas most of the time. I understand if I come close to closing time, that won't be a thing...but I'd expect it at 2pm at least.

We ordered a stuff crust pizza combo for delivery with a 2 liter soda. When the order arrived we did not get the 2 liter. I can understand that something can get messed up, but when we tried to call the store no one picked up the phone and the voicemail system was full. It just goes to show how much the manger the and employees care are their jobs. All we wanted was a refund for the soda, but now they just stole from me.
