Big Deal Burger - Ocoee

Both burgers were wrong.. the entire description was wrong they sent us one burger patty on 2 bottom buns and another burger on 2 top buns.. neither burger had anything on them.. one burger was suppose to be a double... only received a single called the resturant and they confirmed what goes on the burgers i ordered.. and i informed them that neither had anything on them... i reiterate I RECEIVED 2 PLAIN SINGLE BURGERS... I PAID FOR 2 DOUBLE BURGERS.. AND BOTH WERE PLAIN.

Fries were great the brisket I got was all fat pieces

Pay for a double burger and Cajun fries. Get a single burger and cold and soggy fries with no Cajun seasoning on them. I was glad I checked everything before I made it all the way home? Went back and asked for a refund, and owner ?Harry? makes themanagement sit on the phone with him because they don?t have a system to process refunds promptly, even when using their websiteto order. So now i just have to take their word for it that I?ll have a refund in a few hours, because they don?t even have away to give me a receipt for that in store. Bad experience all around, but this isn?t uncommon for Dickys BBQ Pit and all oftheir other ghost kitchens.

We have ordered from here 3 times. Each time the order is missing at least one item. This time, we received a bag with one order of fries instead of the 3 burgers and 2 orders of fries. The fries are soggy and cold.
