The Cross Keys - Oakwood

Came here for a light lunch for the first time today, great pub, atmosphere, service, selection of beers etc, had the Panini toasties with homemade chips and slaw, can't fault anything, chips are amazing, no taste of oil just lovely chips, paninis are very tasty as was the slaw. Went here the other day and food was lovely, roasties were great especially. Service could be a bit more speedy however. However it’s local which is nice, I enjoy walking here. Parking: Quite small parking lot Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2

We've walked over to Ockbrook a few times now on a Sunday to enjoy their roast beef and roast pork cobs, with the best roasties ever, fab gravy, horseradish and stuffing! Such great value, and an outdoor setting that is child and dog friendly! Staff absolutely lovely, good selection of drinks and will definitely be a regular Sunday visit for us : Thankyou to all the team at Cross Keys! Food: 5
