Bidrage med feedbackProbably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. One person working at the counter. Finally a 2nd employee returned from break and the 2 decided it was a good time to catch up and ignore customers. When I finally ordered the employee was extremely rude and seemed genuinely unhappy to be there.

I’m a big fan of Tim Hortons. And I found myself going there almost daily previously to purchase a coffee in the morningOne night I went by just before close and saw that your workers throw out all of the donuts that are on the shelf at the end of the day, right into the garbage can, I asked since you’re gonna throw those out anyways, can I take them home? They said no company policy. Now I wonder why you don’t give them to the food bank. As those individuals are dealing with the cost of living crisis.I want to come back as a customer, but this has turned me off
Really slow service and the staff appear to stall in the last half hour before the mall closes so they can start their closing duties early
Definitely one of the busier Tims and service staff tries to keep up.Like other reviews have pointed out, sometimes the staff feels overwhelmed and may not look like it's exactly chop-chop.Nevertheless, I've always had good coffee, service, and food. The best part is that it is inside a food hall, so there is always ample seating and other food choices all around.Vegetarian options: Veg cilantro veg wrap is the bestParking: Parking is ample. Both at the open parking lot and inside free basement parkingKid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere with some coin rides at rhe food hallWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and elevators inside
