Ordered the pastrami and chicken tortilla soup but they gave me the wrong soup (Tuscan vegetable) it was still good. Good customer service. Didn't have to wait too long during the lunch service. Great food

Nice selection of salads and sandwiches that you can easily customize. Mobile ordering is convenient also, and the restaurant has lots of tables available for seating.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Today, there was a hiccup with my online order during the busy lunch hour, but everyone went above and beyond to address my concerns. I’ve never personally visited Specialty's, but my office admins frequently place orders for office lunches, and I must say they have the best chocolate chip cookies and cookie treats I've ever tasted. The sandwiches and salads are quite tasty as well, but those cookies are absolutely AMAZING!

The restaurant is quite average. Since it's a franchise, I appreciate that they post the calorie counts. There are self-service kiosks available for those who prefer that option. The seating is plentiful, making it a convenient choice for a lunch break.
