Dunkin' - Oakland Park

Staff they do not use with face mask, I have asked for the manager and gets what no mask, I ask to be face mask as the lines city requirements, I left the place, but I have a few minutes after and again they laugh about the situation. The first thought that comes to my maid was to call the police to make a report about it! This place does not follow the COVID 19 safe guidelines.

If a customer orders cream and liquid sugar, that is what they want. If there is no label with your order on the cup, you may suspect that they do not do as you ask. My ice cream coffee had a large slice of sugar on the bottom of the cup and the coffee itself was not sweet. I am not sure why it is not always made with liquid sugar as a standard, as dry sugar does not mix well to icey drinks. Very disappointing. Some Dunkins are great and others are not so much. I'm not difficult. I like to get what I order.

I like to order ahead on the app to avoid mistakes and wait times, but I've visited this location several times and only once was I able to pick up my drink on arrival. The staff is slow. Even when the place was completely empty, including the drive-thru, I have to wait several minutes before I get my drink. Regardless, the drinks are usually good. If this location weren't so close, I would avoid it because of the service.

If i could give no stars I would. Tried order a cheese croissant stuffer off the menu, was told they don't have it. Tried ordering an onion bagel. No onion bagel. So i just got an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. They burnt the bagel, didn't even split it in half correctly, and what was even worse is they just threw clumps of cream cheese on it and didn't even spread it out. I tried using the butchered end of the bagel to spread it out but it just became too messy. I couldn't even eat it and tossed it out because with every bite it was like eating huge clumps of cream cheese. The employees need to be trained better on food preparation, because that was absolutely horrible.(pics attached)

Absolutely the most dissatisfied staff of all Dunkin donuts I was. They burn the coffee. Today was the last draw! You can not fill orders in time, so you will be asked to wait up and wait....LEFT ME OUTSIDE FOR 30 MINS!!! Complete, Utter Incompetents!
