Red Lobster - Oak Ridge

This was a great experience during the all-you-can-eat shrimp promotion. Our server kept the shrimp coming! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place needs a envelope, but it was clean. It wasn't very crowded on a Friday night. Overall a good experience.

Wife is a seafood person I'm not. She had the Ultimate Festival. Crab was old and not good! Lobster was rubbery. I have the 1 out of 3 options of meat, a 10 ounces stripe. I thought I was eating spam. We spent $120 on tip and went hungry home. I hesitated to give my dog the left. I'll never be back

I was here one night when I believed it. Waiting wasn't terrible, the staff was friendly, and it wasn't too long until our server came to us. Food was great, except for the steaks that were still good. We had an act each time. Mine was perfectly cooked, but it was hard to undercook. He doesn't mind. The only thing I didn't like was the slander. Almost as no seasoning was used at all; but I accept what happens when you get to a seafood place steak. All in all, Def will be back!

The quality of food against the price is really on the hill for Red Lobster. Our service was good, but the food quality has changed. Sad, as this was a place we loved.

Waitress was great and seafood was delicious. Not sure if it is usually quiet like when we visited but it was nice. Could easily hear each other's conversation in our group. Staff wearing masks correctly and social distancing was easy.
