It exceeded my expectations, very cozy and its workers are friendly, the place is super clean and the food is excellent.

Honestly, I rarely file complaints because I believe in being fair to everyone. Today I experienced an inconvenience upon arriving at 12:07. Adriana took my order at 12:10 (she forgot to enter it) and was relaxing with another coworker. When I looked at her firmly, she remembered my order, entered it at 12:26 and the food came out at 12:30. When explaining the situation, she reacted with attitude and seemed upset. I don't think it's worth spending money on restaurants like this; I do not recommend it.

In my recent visit, I experienced an unacknowledged long wait at the restaurant. Despite patiently waiting, the servers didn’t address the delay or offer any explanation, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the service.

I don't know if the cooks changed but what a shame, the food was totally cold. I ordered a hot dog and the sausage was practically frozen, I returned it and what they did was put the whole dog in a microwave and gave me the food back. Fatal.

The salchipapas is great, I loved it, it's a shame that the waiting time was so long just to buy the salchipapa
