Kensington's - Norwich

I purchase this review on the excellent customer service of the manager of the Spas Kelsey. I had a girl trip with four of my friends this weekend. They were all so happy with their services, but I did. I didn't want to complain, but for the amount of money I spent, I expected a lot more. I talked to Kelsey about it and she immediately corrected the problem. She booked me for another massage the next day and composed my first massage. The second massage with Maria B was amazing! She listened to my requests and even identified problems I had and gave me suggestions on how to fix them. We loved walking in the Inn in our robes, especially at lunch at the pub... what was delicious! Only complaints I have, the pool was a bit cold, so we spent the time in the hot tub and they ran out of coffee at 10 a.m. Otherwise, successful girl trip!

As my daughter would say, this was the Best Birthday Ever. My original plans were to celebrate my birthday in April 2020 at the spa. But as you know, because of the pandemic, all business and life, as we knew it was stopped. So here we are two years later and it was good to wait. The spa went beyond and beyond what I expected. From the Garden Suite to my last wellness service on Sunday morning before breakfast. Edith (maintainer of cleaning staff) was friendly enough to offer a tour through the other rooms I am interested in another occasion. She was gracious enough to show me a moment. Kudos to them for their flexibility to meet my request. Maria was the best host I ever met at the Hunt Room dinner party on Saturday night. Their attention, humor, speed and patience with the group helped to make everything spectacular!!! She also became our photographer for the night and made an amazing work. I appreciate so many memories. Thank you to Gary for putting everything together for dinner and keeping me up to date. Please feel free to do the rest of the management team about a job well done for all involved staff in the spa. I'm going back to the spa at Norwich Inn. Good travel with beautiful ambience and services. Look at the juice bar, hummus and pita chips, we are the best!! They won't be disappointed.

Beautiful architecture and detailing. High end you feel from the moment you drive up the highway. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The wellness area and amenities are top inch. There was only one hot tub in the pool area, not only in the locker rooms. The terrain is also amazing with beautiful views

Visited a wedding in this place and it was a spectacular location for them with the best pleasant weather ever. A military wedding that is remembered forever. A wonderful couple and they will go far in the future. Beautiful location with so many amenities. The best experience.
