Dairy Queen - Norwich

Today I went to buy 2 vanilla kiddie scoop for my kids like I always do that lady the older lady was so rude she had the nerve to be scooping ice cream and yelling at customer and to make it worse when I reached home gave my kids their ice cream the cupwas empty!!! Horrible horrible nasty customer service and she should never be dealing with public. Still ended up tipping theboy that took our money and gave us the ice cream.

Don't bother with the food at this DQ. IF they even have what u want it is so anemic looking and I have given them so many chances (and I ALWAYS tip! . Take the time to visit the DQ in Taftville where they do a much better job without any excuses.

The customer service at this restaurant was awful. The manager, Trish, was rude and kicked us out of the store. She refused to provide any information for filing a complaint. We had accumulated over 3100 points and went to get a couple of blizzards to enjoy our ice cream. Trish insisted that the deal was buy one, get one free, even though the coupon clearly stated that any size blizzard should be free. She also would only honor one coupon per day, despite their advertising of a buy one, get one free promotion. She was disrespectful, wearing a dirty shirt, and the place had a bad odor. We spent money to earn points that we couldn't even redeem. Regardless, the coupon should have been honored. Trish has driven away a loyal customer from the company.

I had burgers, fries, and a milkshake. It was amazing to see a burger that actually looked like the photos. It tasted delicious.

The new purple dip at this restaurant is amazing! It tastes just like Fruit Loops! The crispy chicken salad is large enough to share between two people.
