Sugar Olives - Norwalk

My husband and I decided to sneak outdoor dinner for two in a last minute before our children came back from school. The food was so good and the outside room was perfect. We loved the jazz music played by a spokesperson and watch the leaves drift on the ground as we had on schishito paprika, butternut squash soup, scallop risotto and the veggie Thai bowl. Room heating kept us warm. At the end of the night with Toffe Pudding just sent us over the moon. Very recommended!

Absolute quality restaurant! Loved food here and will return.

Have eaten several times, lunch and dinner. Go to Sunday brunch. Have recommended friends who loved it too. Interesting and offbeat with freshly prepared dishes.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this place a positive review. It's a very strange place. The man who greeted us on arrival was very friendly, but it got worse from out there. Two couples went in and went out of AFTER. The music was very inconspicuous for a restaurant Vibe. The layout of the entire place feels very strange. I appreciate open concept kitchen that just didn't feel right. Obviously people like this bc of the 5 star reviews here but man, it is not 5 stars. And if you think it you need to try the other incredible restaurants in Fairfield County, for Realz.

Loved this place. Decor and vibe is excellent. Creative and cool. This area needed this place. Thank you!! And the food goes without saying was all fantastic, very high quality and prepared with love. Best brunch I’ve had in a while and I’m a brunch snob.
