Dunkin' - Northlake

Got to work in the morning and realized they put sugar in my xl coffee that was suppose to only have cream. no big deal, told them the next morning during my usual 3 breakfast sandwich and coffee order and they would not cover the error from the day before. never coming here again. hope the 50 cents it costs you for coffee was worth losing a couple hundred a month.

Dunkin App didn't work and there was no help in adjusting price to reflect what it should have been.

We find their coffee pretty weak, and the chai tea latte was weak too. But their prices are much lower than Starbucks.

Absolutely love Dunkin, but prices are getting to be a bit much for me.

Dount are old and the girl behind the counter has no care.
